Structural

The structural department is largest of HSR's departments. The fabrication shop is equipped to carry out marine and offshore related repair and conversions work.

All HSR welders are trained to meet the highest standards of marine fabrication and repair work. Towards meeting this goal, HSR foremen and leadmen who head up field or shop work are thoroughly familiar with standard and approved procedures, and with guidelines as specified by SARQS (IACS publication "Shipbuilding and Repair Quality Standards")

Our welders have acquired an excellent reputation with customers and class, for highly professional and skilled workmanship. Large teams can be mobilized at short notice to respond to emergency situations.

The boiler and pipe shop can produce steel and alloy fabrication, and as a matter of standard practice, all completed work is blasted and primed before delivery to customers.
